Where we are
Hotel Galles in Milan is located in Piazza Lima, overlooking Corso Buenos Aires and just two steps from the M1 subway station (red line), in the perfect position to shop, visit the historic center and travel to the main commercial areas. The hotel is also easy to reach from the byway, Centrale Station (10-15 minutes on foot) and the main airports.
For business, Fieramilanocity, the historical headquarters of Fiera Milano, is just quarter of an hour away by subway, while the Fiera Milano, Nuovo Quartiere di Rho, is half an hour away, also on the red subway line.
For leisure, the Duomo, Brera Gallery, La Scala and the Fashion Quadrilatero, for designer shopping, are just three or four subway stops away.
How to reach us
By plane
From Milan Linate Airport
Bus subway. Take bus 73 from the airport and get off at the end of the line in San Babila. Now take the red subway line (line 1) in the direction of Sesto and get off at the third stop (Lima). You have arrived. The Hotel Galles is at No. 2.
Shuttle bus. Take the Starfly shuttle from the airport to the Central Station. Take bus No. 60 from Piazza Duca d'Aosta, in front of the station, and get off at the third stop in Piazza Lima. You have arrived. The Hotel Galles is at No. 2.
From Milan Malpensa Airport
Train subway. Take the Malpensa Express train from the airport and get off at Cadorna station. Now take the red subway line (line 1) and get off at the seventh stop (Lima). You have arrived. The Hotel Galles is at No. 2 Piazza Lima, at the beginning of Corso Buenos Aires.
Shuttle subway. Take one of the shuttles from the airport to the Central Station. Take bus No. 60 from Piazza Duca d'Aosta, in front of the station, and get off at the third stop in Piazza Lima. You have arrived. The Hotel Galles is at No. 2.
By train
Bus. Take bus No. 60 from Piazza Duca d'Aosta, in front of the station, and get off at the third stop in Piazza Lima. You have arrived. The Hotel Galles is at No. 2.
Subway. Take the green subway line (line 2) in the direction of Cascina Gobba. Change at the second stop “Loreto” and take the red subway line (line 1) in the direction of Molino Dorino. Get off at the first stop (Lima). You have arrived. The Hotel Galles is at No. 2.
By car
From the motorway take the Tangenziale est (bypass) until coming to the Lambrate exit. Follow signs to the city center and continue straight on, driving down Via Rombon and Via Porpora until coming to Piazzale Loreto. Drive around the square and turn into Corso Buenos Aires. Continue for around 600 meters until coming to Piazza Lima. You will see the Hotel Galles on your left.
